Another successful project completed!
Under the procurement contract concluded with Tallinn Airport AS, Varson OÜ delivered a total of 20 new check-in weighing conveyor and transfer conveyor sets in three stages by the beginning of June 2026.
The delivery of the complete conveyor systems covered the entire project scope, from engineering and manufacturing to the integration of automation and control systems with Tallinn Airport’s existing operational system. The project also included the calibration and legal verification of the weighing systems.
Both the weighing conveyors and the transfer conveyors were manufactured from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring a long service life and suitability for the demanding operating environment of an international airport.
For the solution, we used high-quality and reliable components from recognised manufacturers. The weighing and display systems were supplied by SOEHNLE, the drives by Interroll, and the conveyor belts by Ammeraal.
The project therefore represented a complete turnkey solution, covering mechanical engineering and manufacturing, automation, weighing technology, system integration and final commissioning.
